This webinar will look at the challenges faced specifically in veterinary/welfare environments with regards infection control, including considering our own health and wellbeing. It will focus on some common but catastrophic diseases and pathogens, how they are spread and also shares some practical tips on how to avoid being the reason for an outbreak!

Our guest speaker is Lizzie Dodgson. Following a career as a youth worker and drama teacher, Lizzie began training as a veterinary nurse in 2014. Over the next decade she worked in a variety of veterinary clinics, including at a 24-hour hospital, where she played a key role in patient care, training, and management. In 2023 Lizzie joined Byotrol as an Account Manager, bringing her extensive experience in animal welfare and healthcare to the field of biosecurity.
